Hello Millions Sign-Up Guide

You must be 21 or older. Many sweepstakes sites accept players at 18. Hello Millions doesn't, and its Terms apply the rule from registration.

You must be in a state the site serves. The Terms rule out 16 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. They also say promotional contests are no longer offered in California, so we count California as out too. The Terms updated on 14 October 2026 add that the site stops operating in Oklahoma from 1 November 2026, and the help centre already lists Oklahoma as unavailable, so we count Oklahoma as out now. Our state guide shows where each site is listed.

The welcome reward on the homepage is 15,000 Gold Coins (GC) + 2.5 Sweepstakes Coins (SC). It was 7,500 GC when we first read the page on 2 October 2026, and the help centre still says "we give you 5,000 Gold Coins", so check your balance after you sign up.

• Gold Coins are for fun. Hello Millions says they "have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes".
• Sweepstakes Coins are the promotional coins. They can't be bought, and Hello Millions says winnings from them "can be redeemed for real prizes".

The site's FAQ puts it plainly: "No purchase is necessary to play at HelloMillions or to win cash prizes."

1. Open Hello Millions in your phone or computer browser. There's no app to download.
2. Register a free account. You must be 21 or over.
3. Verify your account. The homepage ties the welcome reward to "registering and verifying".
4. Check your balance for the welcome reward. Hello Millions says no promo code is needed.

Hello Millions' promotions page describes the welcome as "150% extra coins in your welcome bundle" without amounts. If what you see after signing up differs from 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC, that's the reason.

Daily Rewards. Log in every day and claim free coins. Hello Millions doesn't publish how many.

Promotions. The site lists social media giveaways, tournaments, a loyalty programme and a refer-a-friend scheme. It doesn't publish amounts for these either.

Optional purchase. You never have to buy. If you choose to, the current first-purchase offer is 120,000 GC with 60 free SC and a Bronze Wheel spin that can add up to 500 more free SC. The price of that package isn't on the public pages. The smallest packages shown to logged-out visitors are 4,000 GC for $1.99 and 10,000 GC for $4.99.

Prizes are paid by bank transfer (ACH) or gift cards, where available. You'll need a government-issued photo ID and proof of address first.

On timing, the FAQ says redemptions "are typically reviewed within a few business days", and ACH payments arrive "shortly after" approval, depending on your bank. That isn't a guaranteed window, so plan for it to vary.

Two numbers are missing. The homepage says you need a minimum Sweepstakes Coins balance and must meet a playthrough requirement before redeeming, but it doesn't state either figure, and neither do the Terms. Look for both in the redemption screen of your account before you count on a prize.

Hello Millions says it has more than 1,500 casino-style games. Slots come from studios such as NetEnt, Playtech, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming and Playson, and there are live dealer tables too, including roulette and blackjack.

Start in Gold Coin mode to learn how a game's features work, then switch to Sweepstakes Coins when you're comfortable. Some studios' games are switched off in certain states, so your lobby may be a little smaller than a friend's in another state.

Email support@hellomillions.com, which the site says is staffed 24/7, or use the help centre. The Terms allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
