What Counts as a Material Error
A material error is a factual mistake that could affect a reader's decision. On this site that includes:
- •Wrong bonus figures — Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin amounts, welcome-offer contents
- •Wrong redemption or payout windows, minimums, or methods
- •Wrong legal or availability status — a state listed as available where a platform doesn't operate, or vice versa
- •Misstatements of an operator's sweepstakes rules or terms
How to Report an Error
The fastest path is our contact page, or email us directly at mary[at]fortunesweep.com. Include the page URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and — if you have it — a link to the source that shows the correct information.
Our Commitment
- •We acknowledge every error report within 2 business days
- •We verify the report against primary sources — the operator's own published rules and terms — before changing anything
- •Verified corrections are applied promptly
- •Material corrections get a dated note on the corrected page, so readers can see what changed and when
Corrections vs Routine Updates
A correction fixes something we got wrong. A routine update reflects something that changed after we published — an operator revising a bonus, a redemption rule changing, or a state's availability shifting.
Routine updates follow our scheduled re-verification cadence and don't carry a correction note. How and when we refresh content is documented in the updates policy.
