McLuck Sign-Up Guide

You must be 21 or older. McLuck's Terms and homepage both say so ("21+. No Purchase Necessary.").

You must be in a state the site serves. The Terms rule out 16 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. They also say promotional contests are no longer offered in California, so we count California as out too. The Terms updated on 14 October 2026 add that the site stops operating in Oklahoma from 1 November 2026, and the help centre already lists Oklahoma as unavailable, so we count Oklahoma as out now. Our state guide shows where each site is listed.

McLuck's About page mentions Canada, but its Terms only allow play from the United States.

McLuck's homepage, promotions page and About page all say the welcome reward is 7,500 Gold Coins (GC) + 2.5 free Sweepstakes Coins (SC). Its help centre, in an article we read on 17 October 2026, says new players get 5,000 Gold Coins and doesn't mention Sweepstakes Coins.

We can't tell you which one your account will receive, so check your balance after you register.

• Gold Coins are for playing for fun.
• Sweepstakes Coins are free, and McLuck says you can play them "for a chance to redeem real cash prizes and gift cards".

1. Go to McLuck in your browser. There's no store app, though the menu has an "Install app" shortcut for your home screen.
2. Register a free account. McLuck's help centre mentions signing up with an Apple or Google account as an option.
3. Remember the two rules above: 21 or over, and in a state McLuck serves.
4. Check your coin balance for the welcome reward.

Daily login reward. Log in every 24 hours to claim it. McLuck doesn't publish the amount. Free Gold Coins expire 60 days after your last login, so don't leave them sitting.

Loyalty Club. Eight levels, from Iron up to Black Diamond, with a weekly coin boost deal listed from 0% to 100% across the levels.

Extras. The promotions page lists giveaways, prize draws, tournaments, refer-a-friend and promo codes on the McLuck blog.

Optional purchase. Buying is never required. New players are offered "150% extra" on a first purchase, as part of a three-stage offer over the first three purchases. McLuck doesn't publish the prices or coin amounts outside the store, which needs a login. Packages range from $1.99 to $99.99.

Before any redemption, McLuck verifies your account. Have these ready:

• a passport, driver's licence or state ID
• proof of address issued within the last 90 days

McLuck says its team reviews documents within 48 hours. The name on the account you're paid into has to match your verified name. Prizes go out as cash redemptions or digital gift cards.

What McLuck doesn't publish: the minimum you need to redeem, any playthrough requirement, and how long a redemption takes once you're verified. Find those in the cashier inside your account before you rely on them.

McLuck's About page says it has over 1,500 games and its homepage says 1000+, so we don't quote a number. The library has slots and live dealer games, and studios include Playtech, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, 3 Oaks and Playson.

Try a slot with Gold Coins first. When you know how its bonus round works, switch to Sweepstakes Coins. A few studios switch their games off in particular states, so not every title appears everywhere.

Use the Contact Us form in McLuck's help centre. The Terms say support is reachable 24/7 and that a reply can take up to 48 hours. No support email or live chat is published.
