You must be 21 or older. That's higher than the 18+ many sweepstakes sites use, and Roxy Moxy's Terms apply it from the day you register.

You must be physically inside an eligible state when you play and redeem. Twenty states are excluded in the Terms, among them California, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Washington. A VPN won't get around this. Roxy Moxy's own troubleshooting FAQ tells players to turn VPNs and proxies off, and your first redemption includes a location check.

• Gold Coins are play money. Use them to learn a slot's features. They can never be cashed out.
• Sweeps Coins are sweepstakes entries. Winnings in SC can be redeemed for real prizes, and the rules set the value at 1 SC = $1.

Sweeps Coins can't be bought. Anything you win with them has to go through verification before it's paid.

2. Enter your email and date of birth, and confirm you're 21+ and agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy and Sweepstakes Rules.
3. Complete any email or phone check the site asks for. The rules say accounts that can play with Sweeps Coins may need extra verification.
4. Your signup coins land in your account. Games run in two modes, standard play with Gold Coins and sweepstakes play with Sweeps Coins, so check which one you're in before you spin.

1. Daily Bonus. Log in, and a pop-up lets you claim once per day. It resets at 12:00am GMT, which is 7pm or 8pm Eastern depending on daylight saving.

2. Mail-in request. This is the legally required free entry route, and it pays 2 SC per request:

• Generate a Postal Request Code on the site (a new one is available every 5 minutes).
• Handwrite your full name as on your ID, account email, the date and time, the code, and the statement quoted in the Sweepstakes Rules, in blue ink on one side of a card.
• Write "ROXY MOXY Sweeps Coins" and your return address in blue ink on the top-left of the envelope.
• Mail one card per envelope to: Rainforest Ltd., Sweepstakes Department, ROXY MOXY, PO BOX #186, Newark, NY 14513.

Illegible cards aren't credited, so write clearly.

3. Refer a friend. You get 300,000 GC + 10 SC, but only once your friend joins with your referral link and completes a $40-or-more purchase. Don't push anyone to buy coins for your reward.

Redemptions start from the Redeem menu. Your first one needs a quick verification: a government-issued ID, proof you're 21+, and that you're in an eligible state. It runs through the Sumsub system inside your account. Emailed documents aren't accepted.

Once approved, Roxy Moxy says payments are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and your bank can add 1–3 business days. Have your ID ready when you ask for that first redemption, since approval comes before the payment clock starts.

Good to know: the minimum redemption amount isn't shown on the public pages, redemptions may be capped at $10,000 a day, and Florida players can't win more than $5,000 on a single spin.
